Our Work

Client projects, described honestly. Names are withheld unless we have written permission to use them.

A computer sales and service retailer in Barmer, Rajasthan
The problem
Every repair that came through the door was written into a paper register. Finding out what had happened to a particular machine meant flipping back through pages. Customers rang to ask whether their laptop was ready, and answering meant walking to the workbench to look. Estimates were spoken aloud and remembered differently by each side.
What we built
An Android app and a FastAPI backend that replaced the register. Each job gets a record from intake to handover. Estimates are sent over WhatsApp and the customer approves them in the chat itself, so the agreed figure is written down in a place both sides can see. A prepaid wallet covers regulars, and the camera reads part labels so stock entry does not mean typing serial numbers by hand.
Where it stands
The app is in daily use and shipping at build 27 — it did not stop at version one, which is the honest measure of whether software actually got adopted. The shop also runs a seven-page website on the same infrastructure. This is a paying client, not a pilot.
