Privacy Policy

This website does not track you. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no cookies, and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from our own server rather than from Google, so no request about your visit leaves our infrastructure.

The contact page does not send anything to us. It composes a message and opens your own WhatsApp or email app with it filled in. Nothing about you reaches us until you press send in your own application.

We count page views so we can show a visitor number in the footer. To count a visitor only once per day without identifying anyone, our server takes your IP address, combines it with a secret value that changes every day, and stores only the resulting hash. The IP address itself is never written to disk.

Because the secret changes daily, today's hash cannot be matched against yesterday's. That means this data cannot be assembled into a history of your visits — not by us, and not by anyone who obtained a copy of it.

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we hold what you send — your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about your project — so that we can reply and, if we work together, deliver the work.

We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone outside AstraSoft, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you separately and clearly.

We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months, and project records for as long as the engagement and any legal obligation requires. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

You can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to erase it. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it was.

Write to us and we will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 7 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our servers accept connections only over HTTPS. Databases are not exposed to the internet and accept connections only from the machine they run on. Credentials are held in files readable by a single service account and are never committed to source control.

If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the DPDP Act requires.
