These terms govern your use of this website. The work we do for you is governed by the offer letter and any agreement you sign with us — where those differ from this page, the signed document applies.

The figures on our pricing page are indicative, for a typical project of that kind. They are not an offer and not a quotation. Your actual price depends on the scope we agree, and is confirmed in writing in the offer letter before any work begins.

We may change published prices at any time. A price confirmed in an offer letter does not change for that project.

When a project is paid for in full, the custom work we built for you is yours, including the source code. You are free to host it elsewhere or have someone else maintain it.

Open-source components keep their own licences. Our own pre-existing tools and libraries remain ours, and you get a licence to use them as part of what we delivered.

The content on this website, including our product descriptions and branding, remains ours.

We cannot promise a search ranking, a number of customers, or a revenue figure. Anyone who does is guessing.

Where a third party is involved — an app store review, a payment gateway approval, a domain registrar, a hosting provider — their timelines and decisions are theirs, not ours. We will tell you honestly where something stands rather than give you a date we cannot control.

This website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and will correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that every statement is free of error.

Indian law applies, and the courts at Barmer, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. We would far rather settle a disagreement by talking about it first.
