LocalConnect — गोपनीयता नीति / Privacy Policy
LocalConnect Barmer की hyperlocal दुकानों और सेवाओं की directory है। यह नीति बताती है कि app कौन-सा data लेता है, क्यों, कब तक रखता है और आपके अधिकार क्या हैं — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) के अनुसार।
LocalConnect is a hyperlocal directory of shops and services in Barmer. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, for how long, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- आपकी location सिर्फ पास के sellers दिखाने के लिए इस्तेमाल होती है — store नहीं होती, seller को कभी नहीं दिखती। Your location is used only to find nearby sellers — never stored, never shown to a seller.
- कोई Aadhaar/PAN/GST/bank document नहीं माँगा जाता। No identity or bank documents are ever collected.
- Payment (Pro subscription) Google Play के पास रहता है; हमारे पास card/UPI details कभी नहीं आते। Payments stay with Google Play; we never see card/UPI details.
- Ads non-personalised हैं; advertisers को सिर्फ totals मिलते हैं। Ads are non-personalised; advertisers get aggregate counts only.
- आप app में ही अपना data download कर सकते हैं, सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं या account delete कर सकते हैं। Export, withdraw consent or delete your account from inside the app.

कभी नहीं / Never: Aadhaar, PAN, GST, licence या bank documents · WhatsApp/call की सामग्री · customer का पता · per-query GPS · payment instruments · Advertising ID।
2. सहमति और कानूनी आधार / Consent
Google sign-in सहमति नहीं है। App में sign-in के तुरंत बाद एक अलग notice दिखता है; आगे तभी बढ़ते हैं जब आप स्पष्ट रूप से सहमत हों। सहमति की version और समय हमारे audit ledger में दर्ज होता है। नीति बदलने पर नई version पर फिर से सहमति ली जाती है।
Consent is given on a separate in-app notice after sign-in, is recorded with version and time, and is asked again whenever this policy changes.
3. आपके अधिकार / Your rights (DPDP §11–§13)
- Access / data download: App → Settings → Data & privacy → "मेरा data download करें" (JSON, दिन में 3 बार)।
- Correction: अपनी profile/listing app में स्वयं edit करें।
- Withdraw consent: Settings → "सहमति वापस लें" — app अगली सहमति तक रुकता है; data मिटता नहीं।
- Erasure / account deletion: Settings → "Account delete करें", या web पर अनुरोध। 30 दिन की grace अवधि (उस बीच sign-in करने पर deletion रद्द), फिर स्थायी purge — विवरण delete पेज पर।
- Grievance: admin@astrasoft.info — 48 घंटे में पावती, 7 दिन में समाधान। संतुष्ट न होने पर Data Protection Board of India को शिकायत कर सकते हैं।
- Nominate: मृत्यु/अक्षमता की स्थिति में अधिकार प्रयोग के लिए nominee की सूचना email से दें।
4. किसके साथ साझा / Sharing
हम आपका data बेचते नहीं। Processors: Google (Sign-In, Play Integrity, Play Billing, AdMob — non-personalised), Cloudflare (R2 media storage), हमारा VPS host (EU region)। Data भारत के बाहर (EU) संग्रहीत हो सकता है; DPDP के अनुसार अनुमत। Seller का mobile number customers को तभी दिखता है जब seller ने "public" चालू किया हो।
5. सुरक्षा / Security
TLS, short-lived tokens, hash-chained audit ledger, role-based admin access with a two-person rule for permanent bans, private media originals with signed URLs. Breach की स्थिति में प्रभावित users और Data Protection Board को नियमानुसार सूचित किया जाएगा।
6. बच्चे / Children
LocalConnect 18+ के लिए है। कोई behavioural tracking या targeting नहीं।
7. Verification का दायरा / What "Verified" means
LocalConnect account, device, location और establishment के चुने हुए signals verify करता है। यह किसी की professional qualification, service quality, price, ईमानदारी या transaction outcome को certify नहीं करता। भुगतान से पहले स्वयं जाँचें; OTP/PIN/banking details कभी साझा न करें।
8. बदलाव / Changes
नीति की version ऊपर दी है। बदलाव पर app में नई सहमति माँगी जाती है और यह पेज अपडेट होता है।
